In this episode I make a case that you are ALREADY goal oriented. However, if you don't do it on purpose, your primitive mind will operate with one goal in mind: Move AWAY from discomfort. The problem? That reactive behavior won't help you evolve or make the positive changes you want.
You'll learn how to handle emotions that come up on the way to your goals so they don't prevent the growth you seek.
